In my quest for the best twitter posting app I found Twhirl!
Twhirl is a great app, it has a good looking interface and it is pretty well built.
Just some of the features that I like:
1. automatically find tweets mentioning your @username
2. shorten long URLs (using bit.ly, snurl, twurl or is.gd)
3. displays notifications for new messages.
